ProTools Exress 10.2 Upgrade to 10.3.4 won't update

ProTools Exress 10.2 Upgrade to 10.3.4 won't update

I tried to update my ProTools Express 10.2 to 10.3.4. Downloaded the update from my account page and when I run it gives me the following:
A later version of 'Avid Pro Tools Express' is already installed on this machine. The setup cannot continue.

Confirmed my version is 10.2 and the "check for updates" within Pro Tools Express indicates 10.3.4 is available. Can't figure out what's happening....help please.

Win 7 x64 PC
