Delta 1010LT and 10.4.6

I posted earlier about problems that I had with multi-channel output in Mac OS 10.4.6 with the Delta 1010LT sound card and Pro Tools M-Powered 7.1.

I have conducted further research with different driver versions with these results:

1) v 2.0.5: random kernel panics when launching PTMP; consistent kernel panics when attempting to restart using Apple menu;does not allow system sleep under any circumstances

2) v 2.0.4: consistent kernel panics when launching PTMP

3) v 2.0.3: 10 I/O channels available; no kernel panics; does not allow system sleep under any circumstances

4) v 2.0.1: 10 I/O channels available; no kernel panics; allows system sleep; no problems noted

CONCLUSION: Only M-Audio driver v 2.0.1 is fully compatible with PTMP 7.1 and Mac OS 10.4.6
