CPU Resources
Hey,
I've been getting into mixing more, and started using some waves plug ins. My computer seems to be having trouble handling them, once i get a decent amount of plugins going in a session, it becomes almost impossible to play or record on. It'll stop part way through with a cpu error. The weird thing is that it happens even when i bypass them all, is that normal? Does the system still use the plugins somehow even though they're bypassed? Any ideas? Would more RAM help? Thanks, -Dallas |
