ICON D-CONTROL ON M1 Mac via Rosetta

Can anyone please confirm they're actually using or have used an ICON control surface successfully in Pro Tools version 2023.3 on a M1 mac Mojave in Rosetta mode? I cannot for the life of me get Pro Tools to see my D-Control on a M1 macbook pro using pro tools 2023.3 in Rosetta mode.

Get a Ethernet dongle that is listed somewhere in this forum. I think it needs to be the slower Ethernet version or something like that. Not the newest fastest one.

Any info what ethernet dongle is capable to make M1 macs detect D-Control? My Mac mini M1 not recognized my D-Control, the error message said that "An error occurred while trying to establish ethernet communication. Please check all ethernet connections"

Just remember it requires Rosetta, which means Sequoia may be the last macOS that supports it

I didnt even try with my M2 macbook pro. bought a 7.1 mac pro to skip the head aches.

You guys that use AS Macs and either C/24 or ICON, how bad is the CPU penalty for using Rosetta? I don't want to ditch my C/24, I enjoy using it as JUST a controller. I use a Crane Song HEDD to monitor, Aurora 16 for inserts and a Crookwood for monitor control. I don't feel like replacing the C/24 and my desk because AVID won't write in code. Thanks in Advance!!
