Default Tempo Change

I am sequencing beats using grid mode on pro tools. Does anybody know a way you can change the tempo of the song after it is sequenced? Everytime I type in a different BPM all it does is move the grid lines and not the audio with it. THis is a MAJOR MAJOR problem I have been having. I do not think there is anyway around this but who knows. Any and all help is greatly appreciated in advance. Thank you.

If you're talking about just making it so the audio follows the grid line and you have 6.7 or later, you need to have it selected to linear tick-based tracks (Which is selectable right below the Shuffle, Slip, Spot, Grid). If you're talking about the audio's tempo actually changing with the grid, that is not possible (unless using the Time expansion tool and doing it to every piece of audio).

Thank you LP. One more question though. What would the point be of having the audio follow the grid line if you didn't want the tempo to change. Also, is the TCE going to make it sound funny if you do it a significant amount? That was actually two questions. Thank you man.

if you use the waves TCE you should be fine in regards to stretching it all to hell and it not sounding too "processed"....at least, i havent had that problem yet.
