Error while Reinstating Ultimate plans

So, I've 3 Ultimate Expired licenses & I saw the deal for Updating those licenses.

I bought 3 Reinstatement plans on Sweetwater & Reinstated the first one last night, Then this morning I did the 2nd & this evening as I went to reinstate my last with a code the Browser paused & stated there had been an error. Then it wouldn't let me use the code on refresh.

It seems the code has reinstated an already reinstated plan. It's provided me with all of the correct licenses to my ilok account. but the issue is I've now 2 pro tools ultimates active & one still expired. It then placed the first plan I'd reinstated & said that it's archived. I've sent a ticket off but this would become a bigger issue for me if & when I want to keep these 3 ultimates plans up to date next year.

Thoughts on this? has it happened to anyone else before?
