Timestamp oddity or bug

Hi all,

I have a strange time-stamp issue I can't seem to crack.

We're recording ADR every week for a TV show shot here in Austin. The session format is 16-bit/48k/SDII. After the session, I compress the sound files using Drop-Stuff and upload the .sitx file to the dialog cutter in L.A.; he drops the files into the show based on the original timestamp information. But there seems to be a consistent offset of 4 seconds 10 frames.

I know our timelines are the same because the cue sheets we're getting from LA are accurate to the session we're working on in Austin. I tried to recreate the problem here by dropping in a compressed/uncompressed file, but everything worked fine. The only thing I can think of is that we're recording in PT7, and they are importing into PT5.1. But you would think a time-stamp is a time-stamp, regardless of the application version. Any ideas?

Hmmm... maybe it's because we're in a different time zone....

Have them check their session frame rate, clock, sample rate, etc.
