Help Please . PT8 Freezing on start up

If someone could please help i would be very greatful.

Ok, i was one of the unfortuate people who has had issues with PT8.04.
So i have decided to re install my machine(fresh copy of windows) and re install PT8.03 which was stable.

Then i'm planning to take an image of the machine before re trying PT8.04 so i have something to back to if it dosen't work.

I installed PT8 first, then PT8.01 followed by PT8.03.

All has been fine untill I installed the Factory bundle which came with the system and requires Ilok license.

Everytime PT trys to load a plug in which requires the ILok it freezes.

I'm using a Windows XP machine

I'm sure my Ilok is working ok since i can connect to it via the ILOK site and update etc if required. I have installed the latest drivers from the I lok site etc.

Am i missing something? I didn't have this issue before i reinstalled.

Any help will greatly be appreciated. cheers
