USB Mic Volume/Clipping Issues

Fixed the issue. Only problem now is the quality of my vocals aren't as good as my phone recordings weirdly lol. I suspect that it's probably largely due to the fact that the mic is picking up way more noise than my phone and since I'm not recording in any sound proof environment, that extra noise tarnishes the quality of the vocals. I guess I'm just gonna have to now start thinking about building a home studio or something. Thanks for everyone's help. I appreciate it a lot.

Wise decision. It wouldn't take much depending on your budget. You really just need a decent microphone, interface and monitors. You can purchase materials to control reflections in your room, or you can get creative using things you already own (furniture, bookshelves, carpet, etc.) Best of luck!
