Default "Maximum number of projects reached"

I am unable to back up to the cloud or initiate collaboration. Getting the "maximum number of projects reached" error which looks to be a popular one. Can someone please look into this for me? Thanks!

Pro Tools First 2020.11.0 is not supported on Mac OS 11.2.3.
Log into your Avid account, download and install version 2021.3, which is qualified on that OS.

I did the update and still am not able to upload to the cloud. I am using the subscription platform, Pro Tools Link, not First. When I try to back up the project to the cloud I get the "maximum number of projects for the account..." message, even though I've never saved a project before.

Also seeing that Pro Tools is not showing up under "My Products", the only product listed is Avid link. So I have no system ID and thus cannot start a service ticket. Starting to lose my mind....

If it's not showing up in My Products, then something either wasn't processed yet or payment wasn't processed for your subscription.
Avid Link is just a tool to monitor your Avid account, get the latest versions of installed Avid software plus other social and marketplace items. Any syncing of your projects will happen in Pro Tools itself.
Hang tight and I'll see if I can escalate this to find out what is going on with your account.

Payment has certainly been processed, I've been a subscriber for a couple of years. Just now getting around to sharing etc.
