Roland Juno 106 sliders + knobs to control Hybrid
http://www.vintagesynth.com/index2.html
Im thinking this is a really good synth that is still selling cheaply on Ebay and if you can use the 106 sliders and knobs and the Hybrid learn function --it may be really cool MIDI SysEx data can be transmitted/received for all the sliders and buttons for total remote control and sequencing. Has anyone used a Juno 106 to control Hybrid via the Juno 106 sliders and knobs Is this possible thanks Dave |

Re: Roland Juno 106 sliders + knobs to control Hybrid
I've never had very good luck using sysex as a realtime control protocol (having to send MSB, LSB then a value...doesn't work out too well). I've had half a dozen Juno-106's in the past and I can honestly say, they don't make good controllers. If you want a fat analog synth that can double as a good controller, look for a used JP-8000 or JP-8080
