Go for the Gold bundle. You won't regret it.

How about Gold vs Platinum( Gold+Masters+Renaissance)? Bayview sells the Gold for $879 and Platinum for $1470.
Is it worth the extra cash to go Platinum? Do I really need my car?

I went from Gold to Platinum, and I'm glad that I did. The new and improved mastering plugs are what I was after, and they're great. It's a lot of greenbacks to part with, but I make money with mine, and it paid for its self quickly.
Man, with all of the money I've spent on this stuff -I could be riding on a real nice Hog, or a killer hot-rod!!! Oh well, I'm having fun : )

I went for the Platinum upgrade, and in my brief usage of the new Mastering plug-ins I would say that it's DEFINITELY worth it! Everytime I catch myself thinking how much cash the plugs cost, I remind myself what it would cost for the same quality in MULTIPLE hardware comps, e.q.s, verbs....you get my drift A great bargain! The one thing you pick up is the L2 in the Platinum which is killer for mastering.
You can still use the L1 though in the Gold package with great results and you get the C4 too. So for 600.00 is the L2 worth it? I love mine.
