Default Output gain adjust?

During a session with multiple people recording, it takes some work to get everyones headphone levels dialed in. When I playback the level is noticable LOUDER. While I can manually adjust, it is not exactly at the same level each time and it seems that after a few of these higher and lower listening levels during record and playback everything slowly sawtooths up in level.

Is there a way to adjust cut/boost the outputs 1/2, 3/4 etc?

Seems like back in the early PTLE versins when I sarted 001, ther was a way to control this... (was it DigiGain ? )

7.1 G5 2.3 002R, C|24

Thanks
Stainless
