Renewed Pro Tools 12 student membership licence not in ilok account.
On Friday I renewed my Pro Tools 12 year student membership and the products information shows the end date correctly (2017), however, the licence never made it to my ilok account.
I opened a case(03055594) on Friday, but I haven't got any reply yet. I really need to get back to work!!!  Has anybody found a solution for this?
