Avid deposited PT12 licenses in an automatically-created iLok account - Bad!

Hi,

I just bought a subscription for Pro Tools 12 (academic). During the course of the purchase, I was asked to link my Avid and iLok accounts, so I entered my credentials for iLok. Now, for some reason, a new iLok account (with the same credentials as my Avid account) was created and my licenses were instead deposited in them. I'm unable to transfer the licenses to my real account, and can't transfer "ownership" of the iLok itself to this new iLok account. So basically, this is a huge problem. Anyone else run into this?

If the license was deposited to the wrong iLk account then that will require Avid CS assistance. We'll get a case started for you so please watch for a case notice email.
