Need new update advice 8.0.3 cs1

Now i am whith WIN7 /64 bits PT8.0.3 and the (8.0.4b driver)allready installed. with a 003 working fine, my question what to do whith the
8.0.3 CS1 new update, if install it what could happend whith the current
Digidesign Audio drivers x64
should reinstall this last againMaybe someone did allready
My system is working fine i don't want ruin it thanks for any advice.

Yep.

And I see you are using a T.I. card. That helped me a lot with this setup.

yes the righter card than card before (via) via worked perfect till XP in Win 7 I had to change was loosing connection to my 003

Could you give a brief rundown on what your order of installation was to get you to your current working setup?
I'm about to install PT8 on a Win7 64 bit system.

I'll probably move this (W7-64) to the production computer soon. It hasn't given me any issues for a few days now, other than a few minor plug-in anomalies.

Yes
I did whith 8.0.3 full installer around 4GB click the set up with my 003 plugged but power off,then was asked to connect and power on the 003,

i did it
and continue till the end and restart, no warnings or errors.

Then I power off my digi and install the 8.0.4b 64 bits,
starting this installing I was asked to uninstall digidesign audio driver from 8.0.3 from control panel/uninstall programs, so did it and run again the 8.0.4b setup , I did and finish restarting (all this whith 003 0ff plugged but off)

So I power off my PC, then power on 003 and PC next, went to device manager ,confirmed 003 appears there and confirm too about Port IEEE card TI driver. Never was asked to plug or turn on 003 while install 8.0.4b so think does not matter really,If you get a BSOD opening PT or not launch normal try a different drive for the 003,in Start /Devices and printers go to 003, look to update driver searching your self in your PC from a list, should be more than one or two see wich works better, that´s all really hope helps. One more thing maybe you could install 8.0.3 cs1 update after 8.0.3, then 8.0.4b in the same way course
