Horizontal Zoom, Mighty Mouse Weirdness...
Can anyone explain to me how to avoid the bizarre behavior of my Mighty Mouse? When I use the Option key and scroll to horizontal zoom, I occasionally have the waveform itself zoom verically up or down, in other words, either shrink or enlarge vertically... There's gotta be someway to get around this. I'm on the latest version of PT 8... thanks

If I move my finger just a little on the mouse, it sometimes does what you suggest. Be careful with your movements.
Also, check prefs. There is a "Zoom while holding shift-control" checkbox.
