Re-opening former TDM session saved in HDX
When I open a TDM session on HDX I get this message:
"The following Plug-Ins were converted to Native because a DSP version does not exist." Then, when I save this session in PT10.1 HDX, and reopen it, I still get this message. No big deal, but why does PT try to load the plugins as DSP versions when I saved the session with Native versions?

Re: Re-opening former TDM session saved in HDX
Guys,
I had this problem when testing an interim version of 10.1.xxx. This was fixed in 10.2. Hope that helps. Steve Bush www.music180.com/pros/5887 2 x Systems: MacPro 4.1 (Nehalem) 2.26 8 Core, OSX 10.6.8, PT10HD, 14 Gig RAM, PCIe HD3, 192's, Sync I/O, Midi I/O. |

Re: Re-opening former TDM session saved in HDX
I'm on 10.3, and I still seem to get this message on ALL my projects, even if they started as HDX sessions in the first place. I can start a new project, add some ReVibe to it for instance, as AAX DSP. It works in DSP until I quit Pro Tools and re-open the session. Then it says that a DSP version of ReVibe doesn't exist. What is causing this..? I guess it is fixed in PT11 since it is practically a new application...

Re: Re-opening former TDM session saved in HDX
was having this issue, solved it by option-dragging the plug in question to make a copy of it, then deleting the first one.
