TDM password not working
I have successfully installed my Pro Tools 5.1 TDM software before. After restoring the Mac software on my computer yesterday, I attempted to re-install Pro Tools, but the password does not work. Is there anything I can do about this, short of buying new software?

Are you using the serial number/authorization code beginning with "DIGI" from the inside front cover of your TDM Installation Guide, and is it the PT 5.1 or higher version of the Guide? Check that again, and also, all letters are case sensitive. All "0" characters are zeros, not letters.
If you still have authorization problems, please contact Digi Customer Service directly. Either CS or Tech Support can check your records and give you your correct authorization for your system.
