Default Hacked account problems

Hello, my password has suffered a leakage problem, so lots of my accounts were hacked. I've been trying to access my Avid account with email xxxxxxxxx and I cant access it... I tried resetting my password but this message pops up:
"Your request to reset password was not successful. Check the email address you entered and try again."

either someone changed the email or the account was deleted (this happened with splice, sweetwater, soundtoys, iLok, so far), and I'm worried about my licenses, etc.
Also, I don’t know my license serial code because i cant find it on iLok (someone reported my ilok as lost and was blocked and licenses transferred to the hacker computer)

also, i ddidnt know where to contact avid so i can get help with this issue

can you help me?
