EUCON 2022.9 Released

Avid is pleased to announce the release of EUCON 2022.9 Download it from your Avid Account or the Avid Download Center.

This is a compatibility release we need to do, to support new hardware components in S4/S6 due to current supply chain issues. There are no new features for EuControl but as the EUCON software is one installer we had to do a full release. Watch out for a feature release before the end of the year.

The assign page button? Do we have some interesting stuff in works for Application whitelist that may help with this.

Really looking forward to this. My S1 and Dock combo is getting more powerful with every new Eucon and PT release.

Hello,
After updating my Pro Tools Dock to the latest Eucontrol release the soft key settings on my Dock are no longer functioning as they normally have. I checked and all the Right Side soft keys are no longer correctly programmed. They are all over the place. I’ve attempted to reprogram them, but I have not been successful in figuring out all the commands. Does anyone have a copy of the file with all the soft keys in their correct default settings that can be shared? Or point me to where I can locate the XML file? I’m on an Intel Mac Pro running the latest version of Pro Tools.

What happens if you press default?

Where would I find Default? I do not see that in the Eucon Settings window.

I attempt to use the Restore Button, but that just sets it to the current problem settings.

Is there not an XML file with the correct settings I can find somewhere and Import?

Can you make sure you have pressed default and then save, then press export and send me the file(via dropbox or something)
