Venue 3.0 iso needed

Dear members,

I am from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have a AVID venue SC48 with Remote stage box. Unfortunately the HDD is completely dead, and I lost the restore CD. Is there anyone who can help me with the iso image of the restoration CD?

You need to contact Avid support - they should provide you with an image for your system.

P.S. The latest software for your console is 3.1.1.

Hello.. have you managed to restore your SC48? I think we're both experiencing the same problem.

Ours is that there's a certain dll file missing on our system32 which literally means that there's something wrong on our OS or our HDD.

Let me know what troubleshooting you've gone so far.
