Default Connecting outboard compressor to MBox

I'm trying to connect an outboard compressor to my Mbox 2 Pro. I was sure I had done the connections right and set up the I/O in Pro Tools correctly, but I'm getting nothing. The compressor isn't coming up as an insert on Pro Tools at all.

Can somebody please explain the correct way to do this? I'm using a dbx 266XL compressor/gate. It has two onboard compressors (channel one and channel two), but I'm looking to set just one up if possible.

Thanks in advance.
