Default Unable to locate hardware message Mobile Pre MKII

I'm getting an Unable to locate hardware message. Everything is hooked up. Pro Tools SE loaded the driver. I downloaded the most up to date driver I could find, didn't work. Do I need to uninstall the other driver? If so how?

Avid Pro Tools SE Software. Mobile Pre MKII Hardware. Sony VAIO Laptop. Windows 7 Home.

Default Re: Unable to locate hardware message Mobile Pre MKII

I remember Pro Tools SE software came with the Avid Recording Studio, KeyStudio, & Vocal Studio bundles, and worked with the included Fast Track USB, USB Micro, and Producer USB microphone hardware included in those 3 bundles, respectively.

Did your Mobile Pre come with Pro Tools SE software? If not, I'm not sure SE supports that hardware. I could certainly be wrong, just asking.
