Default NEW USER HELP SCREEN FLASHING/CRASHING

I am working in LE on a G4/933 mhz with 1 gig of RAM. Intermittently, my screen will flash a few times and then the computer locks up. The problem becomes progressively worse and then I end up taking the computer in and I have had the RAM replaced and the video card replaced and the same result occurs. I am also receiving -6045 messages regularly. Please help! Thanks.

When you start loading up the CPU, this is normal while PTLE resets itself. The abnormal behaviour here is the locking up part. Mine always comes back after this background re-ordering is complete. See if your CPU is running out of steam when this happens. You could play with the buffers and CPU % and see if that helps
