If you read a post by Crane he is having trouble running logic under the 002. If you are planning on running logic or DP and want a control surface I would look into the mackie/logic control. For front ends there are many ways to go these days.
Go for something solid. Toecat

If you read my question, I asked for the official position on this. The other thread is one person's problem, with no clear solution, just a suggestion. Officially, I need to know will the 002 work with Logic and/or DP3, are there drivers for these two programs, or will there be. This is for the Mac.
