PT 7.1 needed
I have a pair of HD PCI cards that I could put in my first generation PPC G5, but of course I don’t have the version of PT to run it.
Anyone have?

PT 8.1.1 was first that dropped PPC support, so you actually have more choices than just 7.1 -- so long as your computer has correct OSX installed.

No, you got it wrong. PT 8.0.something is the last that runs on PPC systems. And the last OSX would be Leopard 10.5.8
PT 8.1.1 is Intel-only.
