6.9 Upgrade for new Hardware Purchases

Hiya

I bought the Digi002 Rack last weekend and have been waiting got the email for the software upgrades and have contact the support team twice but no responses. Does anyone have any idea where I can download it from this site? I cannot find it in the regular software updates.
