Default Sluggish Fader Bank

Hello: I have a 24-fader Procontrol. I have gone thru and replaced a couple of bad faders and lubed the stiff ones. The whole thing is working pretty good, but one fader bank (of 8) is very sluggish and slow in general. It always finishes last when recalibrating the faders, and all 8 faders in this bank behave the same way. Could there be something in this pack's psu that's not right? Any replies would be appreciated. Thank-you.
