Thank you for the reply, Eddie. I was able to get it working by updating the MacOS to 11.5.2.



For the record, the surface would appear in EuControl. The app showed it was connected to EuControl. EUCON was still enabled in PT. All the settings were correct.


I uninstalled/reinstalled EuControl. I removed/reinstalled the app. Deselected/reselected EUCON in PT. I deleted all the EuControl preferences and preference pane before reinstalling.



I hadn't updated the OS because the official compatibility doc said 11.2 was the compatible version. I've been bitten before by updating the OS.

Unfortunately the last few releases of OSX have been pretty buggy.

any chances for fixing the upper row bug i wrote about?

it’s really a show stopper, and in fact it makes the upper knob row unusable (as it tends to replicate state of lower knob row)

Native Apple Silicon support has been in EUCON for the past 3 releases...unless you mean Pro Tools.
