Duplicate the drum track for as many isolated drums as you want, then go in and delete what you don't want on each track. I don't really think there's a faster way to do this, not that that's slow anyhow.

well it seems like a very slow way to do it -what if i want to isolate each Tom-Tom..-just like when having a real drum set

there's got to be a way of doing this non-manually..or in at least faster way

I don't really see why you would even want to do it any other way, the best isolation will come from each drum being on its own track.

I think you're misunderstanding what I'm saying. If you do what I said in my first post you will have your isolation.

It would be really fast to do this manually, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong but there's really no "automatic" way to do this.

Are you using a drum VI that supports multiple outs?? I have one that lets me route different parts of the kit to different busses....

Only solution I can think of besides what others have said.
