PT 2023.3 keylayout problem with AZERTY keyboard [PT-299479]

Ok, the problem is : SHORTCUTS in the 2023 protools version are set with a QUERTY keyboard, you can change all you need (and save a user preset after) in the menu SETUP/KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS.

so this is their final response :

I received an update from our team regarding the issue with the keyboard shortcuts.

Our team has confirmed that this is a bug and it has been logged on our end. Here's the bug number for reference: PT-299479. Feel free to subscribe to Pro Tools release updates on any of the two knowledgebase articles below:

There is no further action at this time, and there is also no ETA on when it will be fixed. The standard procedure is to close the case, but reopen the case if you need an update.

Same problem for me.
Pro Tools is always in QWERTY when I open it. He didn't save the AZERTY mode.

Same here... and very annoying.

Lets see how important azerty users are to avid and how long the fix will take.

Just wondering,
do you , Azerty users, also have this problem with cmd+numeric shortcuts ?
Where for example, you can see cmd+1 triggering the request for transport palette, but it doesn't show up ?

just wondering if this is all related one another.

Yep, but I also had this problem with the last 2022 version, and the azerty issue wasn't there.
Also, when I bounce offline and import, the bounce goes to the start of the session, instead of aligning with the selection of the bounce. I guess I'll open another case for these malfunctions too

I did too have this cmd+num problem in 2022.
Hope next version won't brake the play/stop on the space bar ...

Phenomenon on "MacOS Ventura+PT2023.3

When I try to copy the title text in the session file save window, an alert sounds and I cannot copy the text, I can right click with the mouse and copy, but when I paste, 3 identical texts are pasted. Could this be a similar bug to the one described here?
