Default Saving session plugin settings

Hello,

I'm running Pro Tools LE 7.0, on Windows XP, with an MBox.

I'm fairly new to PT, and I've searched both the documentation and these forums, but I can't seem to find an answer to this. If I have a session with several tracks, and each track has various plugins inserted, how can I save the entire session, including all plugin settings? I know how to save individual plugin settings from within the plugins themselves, but that still requires re-loading those settings individually, each time I open the session. The problem seems to be mainly with 3rd party plugins, such as Amplitube LE and T-Racks EQ.

Is there some way to save the entire session data, including all plugin settings?

Thanks,

Dave

Have you updated and ACTIVATED those free versions?

With the demo/trial version which is in place until you activate them you will see that behavior.

Also, early versions of the IKmultimedia plugins (amlpitube le, t-racks EQ) had a bug in this respect, so, as J said, make sure you have updated yours. Updates can be found at ikmultimedia.com in the user's support section.

I have activated them, and I just recently upgraded to the latest version and re-activated, after adware forced a re-install of everything. I thought I had observed the same behaviour since updating to the latest versions, but I could be mistaken. I'll try it again and see what happens.

Thanks for the fast replies.

Dave

Just as a follow up, it appears that the settings do get saved properly with the new versions of the plugins. Thanks everyone for the help.
