Hello,
I apologize if this question has been answered previously. I searched for the same questions and couldn't find it. Is there a plug-in that can automatically detect LUFS that exceed a limit (ex: 1.5db), and automatically lower them to the limit? For example: I edit a podcast and sometimes I get huge spikes during dramatic dialogue that I need to drop. I would love to automate this, as opposed to going in and individually dropping each peak (which can be very time consuming). Thanks! |

You just need a clean brickwall limiter for short peaks, and a good clean compressor for "longer" peaks. "LUFS" really has nothing to do with it.
The Pro compressor and pro limiter would probably do the job. |
