Default Can not use 192 I/O

My environment is as follows
Machine1. Macbook Pro 2021 M1 MacOS Sonoma
Machine2. Macbook Pro 2016 Intel CPU MacOS Monterey

There are two problems we would like to solve.

The first is that the HDX card is not recognized by the M1 Mac.
The Sonnet Echo III-D TB2 is recognized, but beyond that it is not.
The Machine2 Intel Macbook recognizes it and the Digitest passes with no problem.

The second situation is that the 192 I/O firmware is not recognized and not only can't be used for audio I/O, but also firmware updates are not available.

The error message is “Flash Memory Type : B Peripheral Name: Firmware Missing!(192, 192D, 96, 96 I/O)”.
The power supply was turned off during a firmware update. After that, even if the power supply is turned on, the area around the power button only turns orange and the I/O function is lost.

Is it possible to initialize to factory defaults, etc.?

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

I've started a support case for you under case 04972386. May we know what HD Driver is currently installed in your system?

Thanks reply.

I have already installed HD Driver. It is working fine.

Are there already similar cases in the past?

Please let me know how I can find out about case 04972386. As far as I could find, I could not find it.

You should be able to see it inside your Support Portal inside my.avid.com
You should also receive an Email (check junk/spam)

Thanks
