Which is a better bang for the buck, Izotope RX ($315) or Waves W43 ($300)?

Izotope RX is an all-rounder with multiple tools for dealing with different types of noise whereas W43 is primarily designed for removing moderate amounts of noise from dialogue recordings. Having used both I'd say Izotope RX is best bang for the buck in the world of audio restoration.

I am a big fan of waves x-noise and z-noise. I have the izotope rx but the waves is far better.
If you can afford it go for that bundle of waves!!!
