Can't activate PT12 subscription on iLok2 - HELP

When I try to open my PT12 subscription, it goes to iLok sign-in but when I enter the correct sign-in, it says there are no licenses.

I did it backwards in that I installed PT12 (on my old iLok) but now I purchased an iLok 2. How do I get the license on the new iLok?

(Everything was working on my old system until I mistakingly updated to el capitan - now trying to get the new stuff to work)

Have you registered your copy of PT 12?
What version(s) show in your Avid Account?

Thanks. I had to buy another monthly subscription and do the transaction with the registered iLok2 in the usb port. Now I gotta cancel my "airball" subscription that was hanging in space uselessly without the iLok. I had an old iLok - no go (as they warn a million times).

You created a second iLok account (on 1/6/2016) and that's where your original subscription license was deposited (on 1/7). You can start a case (as junkgear advised) or contact the webstore about a refund for the duplicate purchase.
