problem pt mpower 8.0.4 windows seven 64 with low latency

i have a news laptop with windows seven 64, i try to install the protools 8.0.4
and i use the interface USB FAST TRACK.

is impossible to recording with low latency , i have setting all
disable aereo ec...power manger...ecc but not way.
when i enable low latency , the maudio fast track fo to 128 bufferm but
the audio input and the playback is full of drop.
with one track .

is a problem of protools on widows 64bit that?

before my last laptop dead i have no problem with my fast track, with
protools 8.0 .
