No Eucon 3.3.1 in Avid Account

Hey Guys,
as the topic says, I can't find the Eucon update in my avid account. I can only see the 3.3 Software. So I'm wondering what is it I'm doing wrong?

If a person owns the S3L but no other Eucon device, he/she is unable to register a user account on the Euphonix website (neither the S3L nor the S3 are listed as products).
I had to get the last update from Venue Support (before it was posted in the Avid account).

Hey Guys,

S3 owners can only access EuControl installers/docs through account.avid.com. The Euphonix site is just for Artist control surface owners.

Amplitude,

Will try deleting your browser cache or using a different web browser? I just double checked my Avid account and the 3.3.1 installers are there. See attached.

I thought it was for all Eucon users as we always used that page bit new we know what is what

I missed earlier that you are an S3L owner. Currently, EuControl 3.3.1 is only made available in Pro Tools | S3 (Standalone) customer accounts. I'll PM you with more info.
