Default Support Updates?

Is the Scorch app going to be updated anytime soon? Is there any way to get support? What is going on with the app? Is anyone out there?

Hello Billunatic,

Sorry for the delay in my response. We're still planning to release updates to Scorch, although I don't currently have an ETA for their arrival I'm afraid.

If you need support, please post on this forum, and I'll get back to you (more quickly than I have done on this thread I might add). If necessary, I will then create you a case in our support centre.

Best wishes,

Joe

Joe, Thanks for your response. Are we to assume that work is being done to update the Scorch app? If so please keep us posted as to when we can expect these issues of set lists and search functions to be resolved.

Hi Billunatic,

Yes Scorch is still in active development. We don't usually pre-announce updates or product releases, however I can tell you that both the issues that you've raised are on our wish list for the next update.

Joe

Hi, I assume you have been keeping up with the Avid and the news that the Sibelius office has been closed. It looks like we are going to be in for a very long wait now.

Hi, I assume you have been keeping up with the Avid and the sad news that the Sibelius office has been closed. It looks like we are going to be in for a very long wait now.
