PT 10 HD Installation

Hi,

I am about to install PT 10HD, currently running PT 9.0.5 HD, can you do a clean install (not an upgrade install) and not have to reinstall all plugins.

Yes. Do a complete (clean) uninstall of 9. Then install 10. The plugins that come standard in Protools will be reinstalled with 10.

3rd party plugins won't be touched.

Separately paid Digi/Avid plugins (like TL Space, Hybrid, Reel Tape, etc.) won't be uninstalled either, and in fact should be automatically updated during the installation of PT 10.
