Yes please! I want to get rid of the tablet holder but so far didn't dare to saw it off.

Speaking of the tablet holder: What's the recommended way of cleaning the rubber? since I'm not using it it's a real dust-magnet and the dust seems to "amalgamate" itself into the rubber and can't be wiped off with a dry cloth.
Any cleaning agent that's safe to use on it?

This is so stupid and completely destroys 1/2 the functionality of the Dock. He literally cut off the 8 parameter knobs used for all sorts of control with the Dock.

He explains why. He doesn't use them...

This guy has chopped it down to fit in a custom desk. He doesn't make it narrower, but I'd often wondered if you could get rid of the Ipad bracket without messing it up. Apparently you can if you're brave.
