Default Avidplay disaster

So when the servers are not down, Avidplay offers the option to upload and distribute tracks.
Though the first few tracks went fine, lately it's an absolute disaster. I'm trying to release a song for 2 months now, but it doesn't get past " draft".
Made several tickets, and everytime it's another excuse, but I never get a warning I'm doing something wrong, or forgot something. Somehow I never get it to the " pending for review" status.
And the Avidpeople? They simply wont answer my question what I'm doing wrong, or whatever went wrong.
I gave up hope my latest song will ever be released (via Avidplay) and start looking for another distributor, because this is an absolute disaster.

Sorry to hear about this. Upon checking your support case, the licensing team already responded with the following:
"Hello Daan,

Apologies for the delayed response as I was out of the office a week ago.

As per our team, when checking with the review documents and the disapproved products there were two different products with the product name ‘'July’' but the same disapproval reason. The only ‘'July'' we see now is the one in Draft.

Could you provide us with the EAN code?
"

Please respond to their Email with the info they need. I'll follow up with them once you responded.

This is exactly what I mean, the songs stays in DRAFT, why can't you people read what I'm writing in my ticket?

IT GETS STUCK IN DRAFT AND I DON'T KNOW WHY!!!!
