The Pro Tools 12 System Requirements page lists the 9.0.8 driver for both 003 console and rack:

Ok, I am told no, it is not 9.0.8 for 003 Console; 9.0.6 is still correct Windows driver for 003 Console. Correction to compatibility document is forthcoming...
