This god damn thing just decided to stop working. I've restarted in all sorts of ways and unplugged this and that and nothing. The blue light stays on even if the firewire cord isn't connected and it always has the status of "Hardware Not Connected"
Anybody have any idea how the [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep]g hell to fix this?

Never mind. Replaced the Firewire cable and it's good to go again.
