Default 10.2 Window Configuration Problem?

10.2 is running great now on my Windows 7 machine. No more freezing.

But I'm having a window sizing problem since installing 10.2. It may be a setting that I'm missing so I thought I'd ask.

I have 2 displays set up as extended. I keep my mix on the right screen and my edit window on the left. Since installing 10.2, everytime I open Pro Tools I have to click on the Windows Maximize button (upper right corner of the Pro Tools window) to make it fit over to the extended screen. Then I have to resize the mixer window to fit.

I remember before 10.2 however I saved and closed the session was how it reopened.

Is this a setting I might have screwed up in the install of 10.2?

Thanks.

I have a similar setup. What I do is just de-maximize it and stretch it out manually over both screens and it remembers that. I'm not even sure how to set it up for dual monitors, but i'm sure there is a setting somewhere... If you uninstalled your setup correctly, everything should be set to default again, so you will have to change the setting.
Best,

You can just set the screens how you want them, then close PT with the X box in the upper right hand corner. Then PT will remember your window settings.

I'll give that a try later tonight.

Getting the screens how you want them then hitting and closing out w alt+F4 used to be the resolve for it to remember the size settings

Yep. I was on the phone with Dr. Robert last night to make sure all is well with Skootch and 10.2. I had an older version so make sure you have the latest.

I have the same problem just updated to Pro Tools 10.2.0 and I have 2 Dell 22inch Monitors and now the Mix Window will not spread across both screens? I can have the Mix on one side and the edit on the other side but I cannot spead the Mix across both Monitors and see the whole Mix?
