HELP with simple shortcuts on PT10

First! Sorry for my English.
I'll try to explain myself.
With protools 10 I can not use the keys at once.
The "R key" and the "T key" to zoom only work if I hold the "Windows" key.
And the same with the other keys.
For example the "S key" and the "A key" to cut an audio region. Etc, etc.

I hate this. It's annoying.

I'm using protools in Windows 7 64bits Ultimate


Any help please?

You need to turn on keyboard command focus. It's a little confusing to explain the little box and where it's at, so just search the manual for command focus. It is also in the shortcuts guide. It's a little box about 3/4 of the way up on your mix window and named a..z
