HELP with Protools LE 8.0.4 / MBOX3 / Plugins WAVES.. problem

First! sorry for my english!

I need your help!

This is the issue...
Until yesterday I work with Protools 7.4 M-Power with the M-Audio “delta 44”.
Works perfect under Windows 7 64 bits.
I had installed the Waves Diamond Bundle.v5.2 plugins.
All works fine.!!!!!

Yesterday.
I get my new MBOX 3 that comes with Protools LE 8.0.4
Works GREATTT!! in windows 7 64bits
But the problem is the Waves Plugins.
I install them.
And when I run a protools session and try to use any of the Waves plugins
in audiosuite.
The protools quit off and make me restart the machine.


Any help?????

Waves v5.2 is quite a few versions back. The latest is v8r7. You may have to update your plug-ins as they may not be fully compatible with version 8.0.4 of Pro Tools LE.

Yes. You need to upgrade to waves V8

Well I install finally the windows 7 32 bits.
For use the WAVES v7
Some plugins works and other plugins like Soundshifter or other pitch plugins.
Give me this error

"integer error occurred (divide by zero) at address: 0x2F2D8C6A in module: Soundshifter.dll"

some idea????
