Horrible Latency
Hi,
My system has all of a sudden developed a really bad latency problem & i have no idea whats causing it. It is happening on everything, even when trying to record a simple audio track like vocals or an acoustic guitar. I am running PT 8.0.5 with an MBOX 2 on Windows XP SP3 on a Quad Core Q9450 2.66GHz with 3.5GHz of RAM. I have tried changing the Hardware Buffer size, i've even cleared out the majoirty of my previous sessions on to an ext. hard drive. Any help would be gratfully appreciated. Many thanks Ben |

Re: Horrible Latency
Trashing prefs and database files is step #1 for any odd behavior. Any latency-heavy plugins?(like mastering limiters....).
