Default New vs Old HDX Core

Hi, Is there any reason to buy newer hdx core cards vs 2020 and before?

There is no Core card anymore. Back in MIX/HD times you were toast if your Core card broke (unless having a spare available) but nowadays all HDX cards are identical and any card can be used as a one card system.
